2. Scope of Services

Territory: Sales exclusively within Poland.

3. Order Acceptance

Orders are binding upon Etymon’s confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to reject orders (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing errors).

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in PLN (złoty), inclusive of VAT (23%).

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit cards, Blik.

Payment is due immediately upon order placement.

5. Delivery

Timeframe: 48–72 hours (business days) after payment confirmation.

Delivery via partnered couriers (e.g., InPost, DHL & DPD).

Risk of loss/damage transfers to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Change of Mind Returns:

• • 30-day return period from delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.

  • Return shipping costs borne by the customer.

Refund Process:
